Should I Get a Jacket or a Sweater?
This depends on your pet and what weather you're facing. Sweaters are great for keeping your pet warm and cozy, but they absorb water and can get wet quickly. Jackets are typically water resistant or water proof. Giving them more durability in slushy weather.
Can I return my coat/sweater?
With in-store purchases, we offer a 7-day hassle-free exchange or return, provided the coat is in new condition with all tags still on the coat.
Online purchases are offered 7 days after receiving their shipment to start the return process. Please reach out to our team to start the return process online. All returns must be in new condition with all tags left on.
Do all models work with a harness?
The easy answer is no. Most models have an opening which allows you to clip onto a harness. However, a lot of sweater styles do not. It's important to check the specific model before purchasing if you plan on using a harness underneath the sweater or coat.
Can We Try on Jackets In Store?
Absolutely! Bring your dog in store at any time to size up the best fit for them. We always encourage trying jackets on before purchasing.
How do I know What Size to Get?
While we recommend coming in store to try on the different sizes, we understand that some may not be able to get here. Jackets should all have dimensions listed in the product details. The easiest way to measure your dog's dimensions is to use a flexible measuring tape, similar to one used by a tailor.
How do I clean my dog's Coat?
Most coats and sweaters sold are machine washable, hang to dry. However, every model has different instructions on washing and we always recommend following the specific coat instructions. Washing instructions for each model can be found on the tags of the garment.
