All our products are shipped directly from Southern, Ontario using Canada Post or alternate courier services depending on your location. If you have not received your products within 10 days of placing your order please contact us and we will contact the postal services for you. If there is a serious delay or the package has gone missing we will send you a replacement. Please note it's imperative you use the correct shipping address, otherwise we cannot help with lost packages.
